Hello there and welcome! I am the blog of James D. Patton, who tinkers with videogames in his spare time and thinks about them more than sane people should.
James (or Jamie, as his friends call him) graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in English, which was both thrilling and extremely painful for all involved. He also has a Master’s degree in Interactive Media from Goldsmith’s College, London, where he learned how to commute long distances on a regular basis. He is currently living with his wonderful girlfriend in Vienna, which is where warm weather goes to die.
Jamie has dabbled in poetry, theatre, prose, novels, videogames both bizarre and academic, and Anglo Saxon. His pet peeves include capitalism and the fact that when he types “Austria” into google it asks him whether he meant “Australia”.
